Felicita Villas Homeowners' Association is a gated community consisting of 272 condominium units in an oasis in the heart of beautiful Escondido, California. Felicita is an established community with beautiful lush landscaping, mature trees, quiet walkway and friendly neighbors.

Felicita Villas Homeowners' Association is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from with the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors by the members of the Association.
