The Felicita Villas Homeowners’ Association is managed by Allure Total Management, located in San Marcos, California.

 

We at Allure want to ensure proper communication and information with members. To do so, we’ve provided some information below for your records for frequently addressed items.

 

 

Account Information
If you have a question regarding payments to your account, fees or would like to set up Automatic Withdrawal from your account for your monthly assessment dues, please feel free to contact our office for more information. If you would like to dispute a late charge or any other fee, please put your request in writing so that we may provide your correspondence to the Board of Directors for review, as all financial action must be approved by the Board.

Violations
If you have received a notice of violation or a hearing notice, please feel free to contact our office for more information. Please note that if you would like to dispute a letter, this must be submitted in writing to allow us the opportunity to provide your correspondence to the Board of Directors for review, after which a formal response will be provided to you.
